1AWANA: Wentworth Bible Church's AWANA program is an integrated plan to help your child to know, love, and serve Christ for life. AWANA is for kids 3yrs through 6th grade. You are your child's primary spiritual influence and AWANA at WBC wants to work with you in your child's spiritual growth. AWANA is a great way for you to spend time with your child talking about and memorizing Bible verses they need to learn each week. Each Sunday, at 6:30PM we gather together as a club to go over verses learned during the week, hear a bible based lesson, and play games. AWANA is a great way to expose your child to a Christian based environment where love and faith are put to practical use. The AWANA leadership at Wentworth looks forward to serving you and your family through this great ministry. Please contact Charlie Delgado for further information about this ministry.

1EVANGELISM AND OUTREACHES: Wentworth Bible Church is committed to fulfilling the Great Commission laid down to the church by our lord Jesus Christ in Mat 28:18-20, Mark 16:15 and Luke 24:46-47, that as believers in Jesus Christ, we should go into all the world and preach The Gospel and make disciples of all nations. We do this by teaching Wentworth's body of believers methods in which they can share their faith with their neighbors, friends, co-workers and people they meet in their day-to-day lives. At Wentworth we use "The Way of the Master Basic Training Course", developed by Ray Comfort and Kirk Cameron, as our primary training material. We believe this is a biblical method of sharing our faith with the lost by using the commandments given by God in Exodus 20 to bring about the knowledge of sin, presenting the Gospel message, and calling them to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. We then schedule local outreaches to take the body out into the community to allow them to practice what they have learned and to allow them to "get out of their comfort zone" as Ray Comfort and Kirk Cameron teach in the course material. We teach this course at least once per year as well as other apologetic material. Please feel free to contact Jim Thompson about further information about this WBC ministry.
1MEN'S MINISTRY: WBC's ministry to men is called "Iron Sharpens Iron" and is led by Pastor David. The men meet twice a month on Sunday evenings. They are currently studying the book "Understanding End Times Prophecy" by Paul N. Benware.

1WOMEN'S MINISTRY: WBC's ministry to women is called "Titus Twosday" and is led by Donna Koch and Wanda Perkins. The goal of this ministry is found in Titus 2:3-5, encouraging the women to love their families, care for their homes, and grow in godly character. Primarily we are striving to follow the biblical model of womanhood given to us in the pages of Scripture. This year we will be looking into God's Word to learn about the life of a godly woman. We'll be looking at specific scriptures addressing her character and appearance as well as her actions in the home, church, and community. Our study meets in private homes on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 7PM. Each meeting consists of a time for sharing, prayer, study, and fellowship. Besides our regular meetings, the ladies gather periodically for fun events such as our yearly: Guinea Pig Dinner, Ladies Tea, and Christmas Party. The ladies at WBC are dedicated to growing spiritually and loving each other…each of our meetings is a blessing to everyone who comes. Come join us!
